FACT OF THE DAY: The Moken people, a small ethnic group native to the west coast of Thailand and Myanmar, can see clearly underwater. When a Moken’s eye is submerged, the pupil severely constricts and the eyeball changes shape, allowing it to focus in water. This trait appears to be unique among humans.
