FACT OF THE DAY: Yesterday’s Baltimore Orioles game against the Chicago White Sox was closed to the public and played in an empty stadium, the first such game in major-league baseball history. With zero fans present, the game broke the all-time MLB record for lowest attendance, previously held by the Worcester Ruby Legs, who drew six fans to a game on September 28, 1882.
