The Institution Theatre presents an Improvised Burlesque Story. Every woman has a secret, none more so than the women who lay everything bare in Hurly Burly, an Improvised Burlesque Story. Each week, you’ll follow the intriguing life of a burlesque dancer, fighting for her chance to make her moves on stage and in life. Hurly Burly takes you behind the scenes into her daily pleasures and pitfalls while she sashay’s through the world of burlesque and eventually finds her place in front of the footlights.

Directed by Jayme Ramsay and Marc Majcher, these sexy, charming and touching shows run every Friday night in May and June at 10pm at the Institution Theater. The stunning cast of performers include Adriane Shown, Brooke Beltane, Caeriel Crestin, Eureka Smoke, Foxy Cakes, Jen Kaplan, Jessie Pascarelli, Lulu La Mer, Marc Majcher, Paul Normandin, Rosie Dear, Ryan Hill, Wilhelmina Wyldehart, with improvised music by Tosin Awofeso and the technical genius of Cynthia Ward and Lindsey McGowen.
